1. Booking Policy

• All reservations are subject to availability.
• Guests must provide valid ID proof during check-in.
• Advance payment may be required to confirm bookings.

2. Check-in & Check-out

• Check-in time: 12:00 PM
• Check-out time: 11:00 AM
• Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur extra charges.

3. Cancellation Policy

• Free cancellation up to 48 hours before the check-in date.
• Cancellations within 48 hours may incur charges or forfeit advance payments.
• No-shows will be charged 100% of the first night.

4. Guest Responsibilities

• Guests are expected to maintain decorum and not cause any damage to property.
• Smoking is not allowed in non-smoking areas.
• Any damages caused will be charged to the guest’s account.

5. Use of Website

• You agree not to misuse the website, attempt hacking, or disrupt operations.
• All content on the site is owned by Karnataka Pravasi Soudha and must not be copied or used without permission.

6. Liability

The hotel is not responsible for loss or theft of personal belongings. Please use the safe provided in rooms, if available.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Gujarat.
